Using Bower
Terms of Service

Agreement
These Terms govern access to Bower. By creating or using an account, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the studio or business you represent. If you do not agree, do not use Bower.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access, and activity performed through your account. Do not use Bower unlawfully; to send spam or harmful material; to infringe another person’s rights; to access another studio’s information; or to interfere with Bower’s security or operation.
Studio responsibility
You control your client relationships, services, pricing, documents, recipients, messages, payment instructions, and legal compliance. Confirm every recipient and document before sending. You are responsible for obtaining permissions needed to place client and event information in Bower.
Contract starters and imported material
Bower is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Any editable contract starter is general information, is not tailored to your business or jurisdiction, and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Have a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction review and customize your agreement before use. You remain responsible for every agreement you send. Imported contracts and other source material remain your responsibility.
Electronic records and signatures
Bower provides tools for delivering electronic records, collecting signatures, preserving identity and activity evidence, and generating executed copies. You are responsible for deciding whether a document and signature process is suitable for your transaction and for any notices or consents required by applicable law.
Email and messaging
Bower sends studio-requested communications through third-party delivery systems and may mirror conversation copies to a studio inbox. Delivery can be delayed, rejected, filtered, or interrupted by providers or recipient systems. You must not use Bower for unsolicited bulk or unlawful email.
Payments
Stripe processes Bower subscriptions and client payments. Studios using connected payments contract directly with Stripe for those services and remain responsible for refunds, disputes, taxes, fulfillment, and compliance. Bower does not guarantee payment availability or settlement timing.
Fees and access
Bower may offer a free trial followed by a paid subscription. Current pricing and billing terms are shown before purchase. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew until cancelled through the available billing controls. Gifted or promotional access may be limited, expire, or be withdrawn for misuse.
Your content and Bower’s service
You retain rights in content you provide. You grant Bower permission to host, process, transmit, and reproduce that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. Bower and its software, branding, and original service materials remain Bower’s property.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Bower reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue functionality when reasonably necessary, including for security, legal, provider, or maintenance reasons.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bower is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. Bower is not responsible for a studio’s services, legal documents, client disputes, or third-party providers. To the extent permitted by law, Bower’s aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the fees the affected studio paid Bower during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending use
You may stop using Bower and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, nonpayment, or conduct that threatens Bower or others. Provisions that reasonably need to survive—including payment, ownership, disclaimers, liability, and dispute terms—remain effective.
