For product help, account questions, billing support, privacy requests, or security concerns, email team@hellobower.com.

Include the studio name connected to your Bower account and a short description of what happened. Do not email passwords, payment-card details, signing tokens, or other sensitive credentials.

Email delivery help

If a client message or document appears delayed, include the recipient address, approximate send time, and Project name. Bower support can use that information to inspect delivery status without needing the private contents of your account credentials.

Privacy and account requests

For export, correction, or deletion requests, write from the email associated with your Bower account. We may verify identity and authority before acting on a request.
